We have organized a very special cooking class during closed hours taught by Roy's top chef. Our class will be a luncheon beginning at 11:30 am and we will work in the kitchen learning how to prepare and finalize the appetizer and entrée courses (about one hour of classroom). The appetizer and entrée will also have the listed wine pairing as we are seated for lunch in the dining room. Final pricing is $50.00 per person including tax and gratuity.

Our Entrée will be Seared Hawaiian Fish with Confit Fingerling Potatoes, Saikyo Miso Broth. Paired with Rutherford Ranch "Roy's" Napa Valley, California wine.
