We will do a delightful 5-mile blazed loop around the Skippack Creek in Evansburg State Park in Collegeville. With spring here and the trees beginning to bud, it should be a great time to be outdoors!! Jay and Ellen Minnicks will be our leaders. Contact them at jayellenminnicks@verizon.net to let them know you’ll be coming. Wear sturdy shoes and be SURE to have them be waterproof because it will likely be muddy!! Also, bring water and a snack to eat en route. Starting time is 2 p.m.; we’ll be there at 1:45 p.m. Any tired-muscle hiker is more than welcome to return to our place near Lansdale for a soak in our 100 degree outdoor hot tub.
